Delete your account and data
This page explains how to delete your Maestria: Digital SAT Prep account and the data associated with it — from inside the app, or by asking us.
Delete it yourself, in the app
The quickest way is inside Maestria: open the Profile tab and tap Delete Account. You will be asked to confirm twice, and then it happens immediately — there is nothing to email and nothing to wait for. Everything listed below is removed there and then.
Or ask us to do it
If you can no longer sign in, we will do it for you.
- Send an email to the address below from the email address you used to sign up. We use this to confirm the request is really yours.
- Put Delete my account in the subject line.
- We will confirm by reply and delete your account within 30 days. You do not need to do anything else.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes all of the following. This cannot be undone.

| Diagnostic and score data | Your study profile, target score, adaptive test results, and score history. |
| Session history | Every practice session record: module, difficulty, score, and completion time. |
| AI tutor usage counter | The daily usage count tied to your account. |
| Subscription status | The Premium flag stored against your account. |
What is not stored in the first place
Your conversations with the AI tutor are never saved on our servers. Each message is passed straight to the AI provider to generate a reply and is not written to any database or log. There is nothing to delete.
Data held only on your phone — your mistakes notebook, vocabulary progress, and app settings — is removed when you uninstall the app or clear its storage.
What we cannot delete
| Purchase records | Payments are handled by Apple or Google, not by us, and they retain transaction and billing records under their own policies and tax law. To manage those, see your Google Play account or, on iOS, Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting your Maestria account does not cancel an active subscription — cancel that in the store first. |

| Backups | Residual copies may persist in encrypted database backups for up to 30 days after deletion, after which they are overwritten automatically. |
Deleting only some of your data
If you would rather keep your account but remove specific data — for example your session history or your score history — say so in your email and we will do that instead.
